Established in 2014, Del Tierra is a 610-home community on the west coast of Florida, known as “The Suncoast”.
The community has a pool, exercise room, playground, small soccer field, and miles of areas to walk and ride bikes.
Del Tierra knows how to do Halloween! The neighborhood goes above and beyond with costumes and decorations and attracts families from miles around. Christmas also brings a wide array of decorations and lights for everyone to enjoy.
